This week, the main character has just announced that she is engaged to be married to her fellow tribute, Peeta. Katniss has done this to try to completely convince the Capital that their love for each other is real following their joint victory in the Hunger Games. She is not really in love with Peeta but she does love him and would do anything she could to keep them both safe from retribution.
The novel is written in first person point of view. I can tell because the narrator is Katniss and she refers to herself using the pronoun “I, me, my”. “I dare to raise my eyebrows. They ask what my lips can’t. Did I do it? Was it enough?” (Collins 74).

So far in the book Jonah and Katherine saved people from the 1605 and now they have been set up again by Second.They are in the room with Native Americans and Andrea and Brandon and Antonio from that time and now they have to find away to get back to there time. The book is third person point of view because all though the book the words where he, or she thoughts and feelings."What he'd just seen was impossible. Prickett couldn't have grabbed Katherine and rescued her. He couldn't have seen her to rescue her, because Katherine was completely invisible to everyone but time travelers.(Haddix 202)"

This week, the main character is Callie Carson and her mom is in the hospital but she is afaid to stay the night with her mom because she dose not want the cops to find her because the think she killed Katherine.
The novel is written in first person point. I can tell this because Callie is reering to herself as "I". "Am I foolish to think I'll be safe Here for the night?.(Strasser,Todd 53).
